Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if the quality of assistance did not meet the agreed-upon standards, the expert missed the communicated deadline, the provided explanations were factually incorrect, or there was a technical issue that prevented service delivery.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Times
Once approved, refunds are processed within: 5–7 business days for credit/debit cards, 1–2 business days for PayPal, and 3–10 business days for other payment methods.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for requests made more than 7 days after service delivery, services that have been fully utilized and acknowledged as satisfactory, or situations where requirements were changed after work was completed.
